- Is the consultation really free?
- Yes. Fifteen minutes, a proper look at your skin, and an honest answer about what will and won't help. There's no obligation to book anything.
- Will you try to sell me a package?
- No. We quote the treatment you need and tell you how many sessions it's likely to take. If a cheaper option would do the same job, we'll say so.
- How soon will I see a difference?
- It depends entirely on the skin and the concern, and anyone who promises you a timeline before they've looked is guessing. We'll give you a realistic expectation at the consult.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Life happens — we just ask for 24 hours' notice so the spot can go to someone else.
