Good questions, answered.
- Do I need a referral?
- No — you can book podiatry or physio directly. If you have a GP care plan or a referral, bring it and we'll bulk the rebate straight off your invoice.
- Can I claim on private health?
- Yes. We process private health rebates on the spot, so you only pay the gap on the day.
- How soon can I get in?
- We hold same-week appointments for new patients, and we keep a couple of slots each day for urgent problems.
- How long does an appointment take?
- A first appointment runs about 45 minutes — enough time to assess properly rather than rush you through.
- Do you make orthotics on site?
- We do. That means a faster turnaround and adjustments done in the room instead of posted away.
